NDSS 2017 - Registration Information

Registration is now closed!

Participants may register for a Workshop, the Symposium or a combination of the two. Workshop registration includes workshop admission, proceedings, breaks and lunch. Symposium registration includes Symposium admission, proceedings, and meals and refreshment breaks listed in the Symposium program.

A participant in any NDSS activity acknowledges that written, audio and video records of meetings may be made and may be available to the public.

*Student fees are available upon verification of student status. Student verification must be received by NDSS no later than February 3, 2017 to receive the Early Bird Rate. After February 3, please bring your student verification onsite to the Symposium and the Regular Registration Rate will apply.

Acceptable forms of student verification are:

-a copy of your transcript indicating that you are a full time student

-a letter from your department chair indicating that you are a full time student

Students who do not provide acceptable student verification will not be allowed to attend the Workshiop and/or Symposium.

The 2017 NDSS Student Travel Grant

Students will have the opportunity to apply for the 2017 NDSS Student Travel Grant.

Social Pass for Accompanying Persons

Social Passes are available for guests who accompany registrants to the Symposium. Social Passes provide admission to meal and social functions, but not Symposium sessions. Symposium registrants may purchase Social Passes for up to 3 guests at US $250 each.

Dinner Pass for One Day Symposium Pass Attendees

A dinner pass is available for attendees who register for the One Day Symposium Pass. A dinner pass can be purchased for $100 USD.

Refund Policy

NDSS must receive a written request for a refund. All requests must be sent to: [email protected]

100% refund = all requests received by January 6, 2017

90% refund = all requests received by February 3, 2017

No refund = all requests received February 4, 2017 or later

Payments

Paying by credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express) – credit card payment must be received by NDSS no later than February 3, 2017 to receive the Early Bird Rate. Credit card payments MUST be made at the time of registration. Credit card payments will be accepted up to the Workshop/Symposium dates.

Registration Transfers

All requests for a transfer of a registration from one attendee to another must be made in writing. All requests must be for individuals from the same company or institution.

All requests must be made by Tuesday, February 21, 2017. Any requests made after this date shall be approved at the discretion of NDSS.

Visa Information

The average time to obtain a Visa is four (4) weeks, however this may vary. Please be aware that each country has different requirements as to how to apply for a Visa. Please check with your local consulate to get the most accurate information about obtaining a Visa for your specific country of residence.

If you would like an NDSS Visa letter please send your personal details to [email protected] for a signature. Personal details include: Name, gender, passport number, issue date, company name, business address, telephone, birthdate, passport issuing country, expiration date, title/position, email address. You must have a paid registration in order to receive a Visa letter.
