Call for Papers: Workshop on Security and Privacy of Next-Generation Networks (FutureG) 2025

The call for papers is now open.

The FutureG Workshop on Security and Privacy of Next-Generation Networks, co-located with NDSS Symposium 2025 in San Diego, California, aims to unite researchers, industry professionals, and government representatives to tackle these emerging security and privacy issues in next-generation networks, including 5G, 6G, and beyond. The workshop will feature paper presentations and an interactive panel discussion to foster collaboration and the exchange of innovative ideas.

Submission Guidelines for Papers

We invite submissions of both full papers and short papers:

Full Papers: Maximum of 8 pages (excluding references and appendices). These papers should present novel research contributions and comprehensive studies. Short Papers: Maximum of 4 pages (excluding references and appendices). Short papers may present work-in-progress, preliminary results, or novel ideas that are not yet fully explored. These papers will be selected based on their potential to spark engaging discussions during the workshop.

All papers must be written in English and formatted according to the NDSS style for US letter size, using a two-column layout. Submissions must be anonymized for a double-blind review process, following NDSS guidelines on paper anonymization.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the workshop and present the paper. The format will include traditional conference-style presentations with audience questions and interactive discussions. Further details regarding presentation formats and times will be provided upon acceptance.

Accepted papers will be available on the workshop website, and the workshop will have official proceedings. Authors may choose to exclude their papers from the official proceedings by selecting “No proceedings” during submission in HotCRP.
